Shipping FAQ

Shipping to 50 USA states and APO/FPO addresses

we ship your orders within 24 hours via UPS. Please expect to receive your order in 3-5 business days.

Shipping to Canada, Puerto Rico and other US territories

For orders with ship-to addresses in Canada, Puerto Rico and other US territories, please email or call us to place your order. Our customer service representative will tell you the exact shipping charge to your location.

Expedited shipment

Customers may choose to have their orders expedited (guaranteed overnight, second day delivery, three day delivery) at an additional cost. We will select FedEx, UPS or DHL to ship your expedited order. Expedited orders can be shipped only to street addresses (no PO Box addresses).

International

At this time we can only ship orders to addresses in the US, Canada, Puerto Rico and other US territories, and APO/FPO.

Shipping schedule

All orders ship to the shipping address within 24 hours of placing the order (most ship the same day the order is placed with us).

Tracking your order

Immediately after you place your order you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us with the details of your purchase. When your order ships to you, we will send you another email with tracking information that includes the name of the carrier, the date of shipment and the tracking number of your order. If you have any questions about the status of your shipment, you can go to the carrier’s web site, enter your tracking number and know exactly where your shipment is at the time. If you don't see our notifications in your regular email in-box, please look in your junk mail box. Your security and privacy settings may divert our email.

Lost orders

Shipments are lost very rarely. It's not a real issue. But if a shipment is lost by one of our carriers, we will glady replace the order for you. As a policy, we wait 15 business days from the date of original shipment before sending a replacement order out to you. If you believe that your shipment is lost, use the tracking number we sent to you by email to check on the location of your order on the shipper's web site.

Delivery delays

Please understand that once your order ships from our distribution center, your order is the responsibility of the carrier. Unfortunately, we have no control over shipping delays caused by the carrier. Please allow 10 business days for orders to be delivered before they can be considered lost. If your order has not arrived after 10 business days from the ship day, please contact us
